After a couple months of being patient and working things out with my manager and 1 1/2 years of being in customer service, I finally got promoted to sales. Starting Tuesday, I’ll no longer be up front but on the sales floor for Appliance and Wireless department. It’s pretty tough cause unlike customer service, I was getting paid by the hour + commission, but making this transfer...
