On my grind at the gym! Started with 4 layers ! Tank top, thermal, therma-fit , and north face! I had to strip off some layers. Still sweating and have flushed cheeks! I love it and I can not get enough of it! Getting fit is my challenge and staying healthy is my life style. My ultimate goal is to maintain both and not lose track like before!!!!

Yupp, that’s my girlfriend. We’ve been on that healthy tip for about 2 months now. & trust, that’s a breaking record for me hah. It really makes things a lot easier when you have a love one and/or friend doing it with with you.
